Saving You Money Through Energy Upgrades
Heat Recovery Ventilators
There is little doubt most people would like more fresh air in their house - the trick is to accomplish this without sending heating and air conditioning costs through the roof. Heat recovery ventilators (HRVs) are a great way to bring fresh air into your home or business. They work by passing hot or cold exhaust air into close contact with incoming fresh air. Energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) do the same thing but with a way to capture some of the moisture in the out-going exhaust air.
Our LifeBreath units, left, are installed into the return side of furnaces. They can either pre-heat or pre-cool ventilation air. The PuriFresh window unit, right, uses a similar capture device but in a compact and easy to install size - ideal for homes or offices without ductwork.
